What to have ready before we come out
You do not need to prepare anything at all, and plenty of people book the measure knowing only that the windows are bare. If you want the visit to move faster though, three things help. First, have a rough idea of which rooms are the priority. A lot of Pakenham jobs get staged: bedrooms and the front of the house first because that is where privacy matters, then the living areas a few months later. Second, think about which way your problem rooms face. Renting, or fitting out an investment property?
